Run your conference.
Launching soon
The batteries-included platform for community tech conferences — website, CFP, program, speakers, sponsors. Built in Bergen, by people who run one.
konf.app · konf.run
Konf is built for community-run tech conferences — the ones organized on evenings and weekends by people who also have day jobs. If your event grew out of a meetup and now needs a real website, a real CFP, and a sponsor process that isn't a spreadsheet, this is for you.
Running a yearly conference means herding speakers, sponsors, attendees, a venue and your own team — across email threads, chat pings, shared docs and versioned spreadsheets. Konf pulls the whole swarm into one system, and next year it all carries over.
Konf isn't a mockup — it runs a real conference today. A tour of the actual product:

Six subscriptions, six logins, and none of them talk to each other.
The value is the glue. Accept a talk in Konf and the speaker gets the email and the in-app notification, while the talk drops straight into the schedule builder ready to place — no re-keying, no CSV export. Countersign a sponsor contract and the deal moves to closed-won, the logo lands on the front page, and the invoice shows up on the follow-up list. Integrated beats assembled, and it's priced for community budgets: one price per event, not six SaaS subscriptions deep.
If your conference doesn't charge for tickets, Konf is free — the whole platform, not a crippled tier. If it does charge, one flat fee per edition covers everything. No per-attendee cut, no per-speaker seat, no upsell for the parts that matter.
Your event is free to attend. You get the same platform everyone else gets — we just don't send an invoice.
Your event sells tickets. One fee per edition — the whole conference, not a module of it.
konf CLIYou need isolation, scale or paperwork — not more features. We'll set a list price once the last pieces ship; until then we'd rather talk than publish a number we can't stand behind.
For comparison: a CFP tool alone runs about $499 per event above its free-event threshold — and it doesn't include your website, your sponsor pipeline, your budget, or issuing credentials. Konf is $249 for the whole conference. Prices are ex. VAT; Norwegian customers are invoiced in NOK with MVA, EU businesses with reverse charge.
Konf is developed in the open and battle-tested on a real conference. Here's an honest map of where it stands.
Every conference on Konf strengthens the others. These are the network benefits we're building toward for conferences that join early:

Konf already runs a real conference today; what's launching soon is opening it up to yours. We're lining up a first wave of community conferences for concierge onboarding: we sit down with your organizing team and get your website, CFP and sponsor pipeline running together. Free if your event is free to attend — $249 per event if it sells tickets.
